The hotel offers two types of board options, Half Board and All-Inclusive. Situated in Rethymno, the hotel is located 77 kilometers to the west of Heraklion airport. Originally built in 1987, it was extended in 2000 and underwent a full renovation during 2002/2003. The Icarus Anex building was also renovated in 2017/2018. The hotel comprises of two buildings: the Main Building with 80 rooms, and the Icarus Building with 24 rooms. The beach is located just 80 meters from the hotel and is sandy with sunbeds, umbrellas and beach towels available for an extra charge. Please note that there is a road between the hotel and the beach. Guests can choose from a range of room types, including Promo Room A/C, Double Room A/C, Studio A/C, Studio A/C Side Sea View, Icarus Junior Suite Side Sea View A/C, and Icarus Family Suite A/C. Each room is equipped with twin or double beds, extra sofa or folding bed, WiFi, SAT TV, fully equipped kitchenette, individual A/C, safe deposit boxes (extra charge), telephone, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and balcony/terrace. Bed linen is changed 3 times per week, and maid service is available 6 times per week. Hotel facilities include Wi-Fi, currency exchange, laundry (extra charge), TV corner, parking, safe at reception (extra charge), luggage room, conference room/meeting room. Guests can enjoy meals at the main restaurant which serves buffet-style food, or at the main bar/pool bar. The hotel features 2 outdoor swimming pools with fresh water, with sunbeds and umbrellas provided free of charge. For activities, guests can use the gym, play table tennis or darts for free, or pay extra for billiards. Children can use the children’s pool, playground (at the Lefkoniko Bay), or high chairs in the restaurant.
