These three villas are located at the south east part of Lefkada Island, five minutes away from the port of Nydri and ten minutes away from the port of Vasiliki, with frequent ferries to Fiskardo in Kefallonia Island. The villas are located northern of the Syvota Bay, a picturesque and cosmopolitan little port. Each villa is approximately 90 to 100 square meters big, with special interior decoration and architecture that is inspired by the local elements of architecture and culture. Totally independent from one another, with respect to privacy. The flower garden combined with the private pool reminds of exotic places. The jacuzzi, located at the terrace of each villa has great view over the gulf of Syvota. The surrounding is completed by the olive grove and the private barbecue facilities. The villas are fully furnished and can accommodate with every comfort up to 5 persons (or even more with good use of the space), as it consists of two bedrooms (one master, one secondary) and one bathroom plus one w.c. made of stone and granite located on the upper floor. On the ground floor there are located the living room with comfortable sofas and a cozy fireplace. Next, there is a fully equipped kitchen along with appliances such as vacuum, iron and two washing machines (dishwasher and clothes). The equipment is completed with a TV set and a DVD player. The villas are made of stone and wood, using old traditional techniques and materials. The internal decoration is hand picked with respect to local architecture and culture.
